Launch is just the start. We take your site under maintenance: make edits, add sections, watch speed and analytics, and suggest data-driven improvements.
Support is not only «fix it when it breaks». It is regular work to keep the site fast, secure and bringing in enquiries.
A website is a tool, not a monument. Six months without attention and prices go stale, broken links pile up, speed drops, and competitors overtake you in search on the back of fresh content.
Security is a separate issue. Unmaintained sites are hacked in bulk and automatically, usually to place someone else's links. The owner finds out when the site has already dropped out of search.
The most valuable part of support is not the edits but deciding what to change. We look at analytics: where people come from, where they drop off, which pages bring enquiries and which merely exist.
Based on that we propose concrete steps: rewrite the first screen, simplify the form, add a page for a query that brings traffic. Every change can be checked against numbers.
One-off edits. Need to change prices or add a page — you write, we estimate and do it. Fits when the site changes rarely.
Monthly retainer. A fixed number of hours per month, priority in the queue, monitoring and regular reports. Better value when edits are constant.

If the site needs rebuilding rather than supporting, we will say so honestly: sometimes it is cheaper to start over than to patch. In that case look at a corporate website or a landing page for a specific task.
