Who we are
Nomaddos is a studio based in Almaty. Since 2018 we have been building websites, automating routine work with AI and running web services of our own. There are three of us, and that is deliberate: you work with the same people who write the code, not a manager standing between you and them.

The price does not grow
Cost, timeline and scope are fixed in writing before we start. If the task changes, we discuss it separately instead of sending a bill after the fact.
You see work in progress
You review each stage and make corrections as we go. There is no «here is the finished thing a month later, and it is wrong».
Access stays with you
Domain, hosting, repository, analytics — all registered in your name. You can move to another contractor at any moment without asking us for anything.
We say when not to build
If the task is solved by configuring an existing service, or is not solved by a website at all, we say so. Selling you extra work is against our own interest.

— What we do
We started in 2018 with websites and still build them: from a landing page for ads to an online store with payments, delivery and 1C synchronisation. Along the way the portfolio picked up a promo site for a car brand, international logistics, a boutique hotel, catalogues of steel and spare parts, clothing and cosmetics stores.
In recent years more and more requests are not about a website but about processes: managers answering the same questions over and over, data copied by hand from email into a spreadsheet, reports assembled in the evenings. That is solved with AI automation and chatbots — we have built those flows both for ourselves and for clients.
The third direction is products. We build web services and MVPs for clients, but the main argument here is not a portfolio: TurboJobs, Converso and Polywork are projects we came up with, launched and keep running ourselves. We pay for their architectural mistakes out of our own pocket, which is why we know where someone else's product will start hurting six months in.
We are based in Almaty and work across Kazakhstan — Astana, the regions and clients outside the country. Nine out of ten projects are done remotely: a call, messages, work-in-progress versions by link. In Almaty we can meet in person if that suits you better. Contracts are signed with IP Kamytbekov, 50% upfront and the remainder on acceptance.
