By default we build the site in Russian and English. A Kazakh version is added on request — that is separate work, because it needs proper copy rather than machine translation.
For some businesses a Kazakh version is mandatory: public procurement, work in regions where Kazakh is the main language. We will say honestly when it is needed and when it only adds cost.
We build all of that into the online store or catalog from the start rather than retrofitting it.
